- Hosting & delivery: our website and backend run on Netlify and Render.
- Email: we use Resend and Google Workspace to deliver and receive messages.
- AI assistant: chat messages are processed by Anthropic to generate replies.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
Cookies & tracking
Our site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The chat assistant stores a short session identifier in your browser so it can remember your conversation while you're on the page. That's it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and respond to you, then we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email ayers@getmainstreetsites.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
